If you are posting very many ads, I recommend getting a craigslist account as it will make posting to craigslist faster. If you wish to post without an account, there’s something you may need to watch out for…
After clicking the Poster Popup button within the Post It box of your ad, a new window opens that normally would have listHD fields on the left and craigslist fields on the right, however, if your not logged into craigslist sometimes you are redirected to the login page. Luckily craigslist adds an option to prevent this. See in the image: Figure 1, the highlighted text: “You can also go to the posting process without logging in”. That’s actually a link. Click there and you will be taken to the craigslist posting page, but that page will not have any listHD fields available. Close that browser window. Now click Poster Popup again, and a page should load with the listHD fields on the left and craigslist frame on the right (shown in the image below). Now you can proceed in posting your item on craigslist.
