How do I post my item to listhd?
Log in to listhd. Once logged in, click "New Classified" under Add Items in the left sidebar. Now you have started the listing process. First, select the category and subcategory. Next, add the item details and click "Next Step". Now add any images or youtube videos, then click "Next Step". Now your listing is in the cart, so simply click "Checkout". Your listing is now on listhd and you are ready to post it to craigslist.
How do I post my item from listhd to craigslist?
Log in to listhd. Go to the "my active listings" page (listed in the left sidebar when you login). Click on the title of the listing you wish to post to craigslist. Now your listing details page will load. Scroll down to the "Post It" box. Select the options you want in that box (they are pretty self-explanatory). First, hit "Log in to craigslist". Next, select "Open Poster Popup". Select your location and category. Drag/copy your ad information to the correct craigslist fields and continue the craigslist posting process as usual. Please note that sometimes ads are flagged with html in it. It's hard to predict why, but if your ad is legitimate, you can try to repost it.
Can I edit my ad after posting it on listHD?
Yes, you can edit your listing by loggin in, then going to "my active listings", then clicking "Manage Listing", then clicking the edit icon. If you edit your listing after posting to craigslist, your changes will NOT show up on craigslist. If you wish for your changes to show on craigslist. You will have to post again after of course removing the first post and waiting the necessary 48 hours.

Just get a coupon code and it's free. Get a code by going to listHD's homepage, and using the social icons at the top to share listHD on your favorite social media network. A coupon will be provided directly under the social buttons.
Why is the photo column on my ad's page dropped under the description?
This happened because your ad's description exceeded the description limit of 7,000 characters. This usually happens when text is copied from other programs like Microsoft Word. Certain programs add a lot of unnecessary code in that can only be seen when you hit the "HTML" button on the description editor. You should avoid a large amount of unnecessary code since it can get your ad flagged on Craigslist.
How long is my post active?
Post are active for 60 days. You will receive an email when a post is about to expire, at which point you may renew it.
How long is my post saved?
If a post expires and you do not renew it, it will be deleted after 90 days.
How do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?
Buyers have the ability to contact the seller through a form that is accessible on each of the seller's listing pages. The seller will then be notified by email of the buyer's questions and the seller can either reply by email or log in to their account and reply through the onsite messaging system. By doing this, the seller can choose to keep their email address anonymous.
In a contact email, why does it list an address to see sender's location (ex. http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/number here)?
This is done in an attempt to prevent spam/fraud. If you get a message that looks suspicious, you should check the sender's location by clicking the link provided.
